3.1 Prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 All prices are correct at the time of writing but may change due to inadvertent administrative errors or circumstances beyond our control, such as any variations to the rate of VAT or the imposition of other taxes and/or charges.

4.1 You may pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. By providing details of the debit or credit card you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. There are no additional charges for using credit or debit cards. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.

5.1 Products can be shipped within the United Kingdom.

6.1 When returning Product(s), please send [them] to us using one of the methods detailed below, including your proof of purchase (a receipt or dispatch note).

6.2 You must take reasonable care when handling the Products and return them unused and (where possible) in the original packaging.

6.3 Your right is to return Product(s) within 14 days of receipt of the delivery.

6.4 You may return any Product(s) to us by post at your own cost and risk.

6.4.2 Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned Products in transit and we recommend that you return any Products through a recorded delivery service.

6.4.3 Please package the Products properly to ensure that the Products are not damaged in transit.

6.4.4 If returned Product(s) is or are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right not to issue a refund .

6.4.5 If a Product is confirmed defective or mis-described after return, we will reimburse you for reasonable return postage costs and the original delivery charge in addition to the price.

6.4.5.1 The term “defective” does not cover wear and tear or other use, neglect, abuse or misuse , loss or damage by fire, smoke, explosion, lighting, sunlight, water, infestation by animals or boring insects, theft or loss, or accidental damage caused by you or a third party.

7.1 The Sculpts gift vouchers are available. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

7.2 The Sculpts gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. They are non-refundable and can only be redeemed at https://www.thesculpts.com using their unique serial number. They cannot be redeemed at any stockists or concessions.

8.1 You recognise and agree that all copyright, database rights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and/or content of this Website are owned by The Sculpts Ltd. or our licensors and shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
